We begin by confirming critical case details including:

• Legal status of the file

• Existence of medical documentation

• We ensure that the Notice of Ability to Return to Work has been served.

Our efforts continue with performing a vocational evaluation with the Pre-injury Employer and an initial vocational assessment. We then perform a vocational evaluation with the Pre-injury Employer Post Vocational Assessment including requesting an affidavit from the pre-injury employer if a modified return to work opportunity does not exist. Three (3) to five (5) viable return to work positions are identified within the injured individual’s restrictions as well as geographical area, and define their earning capacity. Expediter can arrange for interviews to be attended by our vocational experts if desired. A comprehensive report is supplied to thoroughly document each step in the program.
